Irish solo artist Twenty Three approached BrandSpace to create artwork to launch his debut album ‘Epochal’. He wanted to create something unique, which stood out in a saturated market place and was a true representation of his personality and music.

The approach was to capture the essence of the sound – a series of heavy synths with melodic guitars and throbbing rhythmic patterns through a noisy graphic approach and distorted imagery. The result is a combination of grunge and electronica paired together in a deliberately primitive fashion. 

A bespoke brand icon and typeface was created to give the artist a unique visual presence which could live beyond the album.
